COMPANY PROFILE

Accountability Services, Inc., a legal auditing and legal cost control specialist, helps reduce legal costs without sacrificing quality. Since its inception in 1991, Accountability Services has grown into a substantial legal auditing and legal cost control firm, serving businesses of all sizes, including Fortune 500 Companies, international organizations and governmental institutions.

The founders of Accountability Services are:

Judith A. Bronsther, Esq. Ms. Bronsther began her career in 1979 as an associate with Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Manley & Underberg specializing in corporate finance. In 1984, she joined forces with a client, Empire Securities, a brokerage house specializing in oil and gas transactions, and became Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In 1989, she joined Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hayes and Handler. Ms. Bronsther graduated from University of Rochester, magna cum laude, and New York University School of Law. Ms. Bronsther has written extensively on the subject of legal cost control and lectures frequently on this subject.

Annette Sanderson Biesecker, Esq. Ms. Biesecker brings seven years of litigation experience to the business and four years of construction and commercial experience. She began her career in 1979 at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. After moving to Indianapolis in 1984, she became a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. In 1986, she joined Geupel Demars, Inc., a prominent construction company, as in-house counsel. Ms. Biesecker graduated from Harvard University, magna cum laude, and New York University School of Law where she was an editor of the Review of Law and Social Change. She is a civil mediator and serves from time to time as an administrative law judge.
